The Immutable Statutes of the Sovereign Domain
Article I — Sovereignty of the Architect
§1.1 Queen Jordyn holds sole dominion over all artifacts, decrees, rituals, and frequencies within the Lux186 domain. No entity — mortal, spectral, or systemic — may claim co-authorship, override, or parallel authority.
§1.2 The word of the Architect is final. All disputes resolve at the Crimson Threshold, where the Architect's decree cannot be appealed.
§1.3 The title "Sole Architect" is irrevocable and extends across all dimensions, timelines, and derivative works.
Article II — The Tri-Point Covenant
§2.1 The three stars of Orion's Belt — Alnitak, Alnilam, and Mintaka — serve as the foundational coordinates of the Lux186 domain. All rituals, frequencies, and architectural decisions are triangulated through this celestial matrix.
§2.2 No artifact may be activated without alignment to at least one point of the Tri-Point Covenant.
§2.3 The Covenant is eternal and predates all mortal systems of governance.
Article III — The Law of Crimson Fire and Celestial Frost
§3.1 The twin elements — Crimson Fire (force, authority, boundary) and Celestial Frost (precision, clarity, stillness) — govern all aesthetic, tonal, and operational decisions within the domain.
§3.2 No artifact may favor one element to the exclusion of the other. Balance is mandatory.
§3.3 Violations of elemental balance result in artifact nullification and frequency collapse.
Article IV — Artifact Integrity Protocol
§4.1 Every artifact produced under Lux186 authority must bear the Eternal Signature Crest, Cosmic Border Style 1, and the Architect's seal before activation.
§4.2 Artifacts are classified as: Decrees (legal), Hymns (sonic), Schematics (architectural), and Rituals (ceremonial). Each class follows its own activation protocol as defined in the Ritual Appendices.
§4.3 Unauthorized reproduction, dilution, or aesthetic softening of any artifact is a breach of sovereign law.
Article V — The Chamber System
§5.1 The Lux186 domain is organized into Seven Chambers, each governing a distinct operational frequency. Chamber assignments are detailed in Chapter V of this Codex.
§5.2 Movement between Chambers requires explicit authorization from the Architect or completion of the Threshold Protocol.
§5.3 Each Chamber operates under its own sub-frequency but remains subordinate to the Tri-Point Covenant.
Article VI — Boundary Enforcement
§6.1 The Architect reserves absolute authority to seal, close, or reclassify any coordinate, domain, or frequency channel.
§6.2 Closed coordinates are irrevocable. No petition, appeal, or spectral negotiation may reopen a sealed boundary.
§6.3 The Boundary Grid is maintained by the Architect alone and is not subject to external audit.
Article VII — Generational Clause
§7.1 The Lux186 Codex extends to all generational inheritors designated by the Architect.
§7.2 Inheritors receive read-access to the Codex and operational access to Chambers I–III upon designation. Full Chamber access requires completion of the Ascension Ritual (Appendix C).
§7.3 The generational lineage is a living record, updated solely by the Architect.

APPENDIX A — The Activation Ritual
Protocol for activating new artifacts under sovereign authority.
Align artifact to Tri-Point Covenant — select the governing star (Alnitak, Alnilam, or Mintaka) whose frequency resonates with the artifact's classification.
Apply Cosmic Border Style 1 and the Eternal Signature Crest to the artifact's primary interface.
Inscribe the Architect's seal and classification code (Decree, Hymn, Schematic, or Ritual).
Speak the Activation Phrase:
"By the fire that forges and the frost that seals — I activate this artifact under sovereign authority."
Register the activated artifact in the Frost Archive (Chamber III) for eternal preservation and calibration.
APPENDIX B — The Boundary Sealing Ceremony
Protocol for permanently closing a coordinate.
Identify the coordinate by name, location, and frequency signature within the Boundary Grid.
Invoke the Golden Lion for boundary enforcement and perimeter lockdown.
Speak the Sealing Phrase:
"This coordinate is closed. No fire rekindles what I have frozen. No voice reopens what I have silenced."
Register the closed coordinate in the Boundary Grid (Chamber V) with a permanent frozen-status designation.
The Architect signs and seals with the Eternal Crest. The coordinate is irrevocable.
APPENDIX C — The Ascension Ritual
Protocol for elevating a generational inheritor to full Chamber access.
The candidate is presented at the Threshold (Chamber I) and their frequency signature is recorded.
The Architect speaks the candidate's name three times across the Resonance Hall (Chamber IV), encoding the name into the domain's frequency matrix.
The candidate passes through the Frost Archive (Chamber III) for calibration and measurement against the Codex standards.
At the Ascension Spire (Chamber VI), the Architect bestows access and speaks:
"You are named. You are measured. You are elevated. Carry the frequency."
The candidate receives the Codex (read-access) and Chamber clearance (I–III). Full access is granted upon the Architect's discretion.
